Fully automatic linear cup filling sealing capping machine can auto loading the empty cups, empty cups detecting, auto quantitative filling product into cup, automatic al-foil lids loading, auto lids sealing, auto caps loading, auto caps pressing, auto discharging the finish product to conveyor. Base on different mold quantity, its capacity from 5000-15000cups per hour, suitable for the foods, beverage and daily cosmetic factory production needs.
Whole machine made by stainless steel 304 and anodizing aluminum, ensure it can be running on bad food factory environment which has damp, steam, oil, acidity and salt etc. its body can accept the water rinsing clean.

Feature:
Driven system: servo motor with gearbox for the cup molds stepping running, it moving filled cup very fast but avoid material splash because servo motor can start and stop smoothly, and also high positioning accuracy.
Empty cup loading function: it using spiral separating and pressing technology which can avoid the cup damage and deforming, it has vacuum sucker which guide the cup enter into mold accuracy.
Empty cup detecting function: it use photoelectric sensor or optical fiber sensor to detect the mold have or haven’t empty cup, it can avoid the mistake filling, sealing and capping if the mold without the cups, reduce the product waste and machine cleaning time.
Quantitative filling function: it use weighing filling machine for product dose, it suitable for irregular shape product accuracy automatic filling process.
Al-foil lids loading system: it make up by rotate vacuum suckers and al-foil lids magazine, the vacuum suckers get the lids then rotate 90 degree and place the lid on the filled cups.
Sealing system: it makes up by heating seal mold and air cylinder pressing system, the sealing temperature can be 0-300 degree adjustment, based on Omron PID controller and solid-state relay, temperature difference less than +/- 1 degree.
Caps loading system: it make up by the rotate vacuum suckers and caps magazine, the vacuum sucker get the caps and rotate 90 degree and place on the top of cup, it has pressing power, and the cover will be well fix on cup.
Caps pressing system: it drives by air cylinder, ensure the caps all be press tight on cup.
Discharge system: it make up by cup lifting and pulling system, faster and stable.
Automation control system: it make up by PLC, Touch screen, servo system, sensor, magnetic valve, relays etc.
Pneumatic system: it make up by valve, air filter, meter, pressing sensor, magnetic valve, air cylinders, silencer etc.
Safety guards: it is optional function, it makes up by PC clear plates and stainless steel, has safety switches which protect the operator.
